Pricing & Taxes
All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will be honored.
Payment
We accept payment through approved methods available at checkout (UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other supported gateways). All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Golden Rise House does not store your card or banking details.
No COD: Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be paid for in advance at the time of checkout.
WhatsApp Ordering
Golden Rise House accepts orders via WhatsApp (+91 9274521952) between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on all days. The following terms apply to WhatsApp orders:
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by our team.
- WhatsApp order confirmations are subject to product availability at the time of payment.
- These Terms & Conditions apply equally to WhatsApp orders as they do to website orders.
- Customers must retain their WhatsApp order confirmation and payment receipt for any future queries.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance by Golden Rise House. We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- The product is out of stock after order placement.
- A pricing error is identified on the website.
- Fraudulent activity or policy abuse is suspected.
- Payment authorization fails or is reversed.
In the event of cancellation by Golden Rise House, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed within 5–7 business days. Customer-initiated cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed and paid for.
Order Timing
Orders are accepted and processed between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, all days of the week. Orders placed outside these hours will be reviewed and confirmed on the next working window. Customer support is also available during these hours only.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates based on your location and the courier service. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or weather conditions. Golden Rise House is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Delivery is available across India.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Golden Rise House. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
