Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause above, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any objection to such jurisdiction on grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
