Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is physically damaged (broken, torn, or deformed)
- The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault
- An incorrect product was delivered (wrong item, wrong color, or wrong variant as per your order)
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Size, color, or design preference issues (please review product descriptions carefully before ordering)
- Products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered in any way
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Requests raised after this window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Jewellery โ Special Note
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable unless delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
All other jewellery items (rings, bangles, bracelets, necklaces) are eligible for return under the standard conditions above.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9274521952) or Email (care.goldenrisehouse@gmail.com).
- Share your Order ID, full name, and clear photographs / video of the product showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request within 2โ3 business days and respond with approval or rejection.
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or advise you on how to return the product.
Unboxing Video โ Important
We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open your package. If you experience any issue with your order, an unboxing video significantly speeds up the claim process and strengthens your case.
While an unboxing video is not mandatory, please note that claims for damaged or incorrect products are harder to verify without one. Golden Rise House reserves the right to seek additional proof in such cases.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved:
- Golden Rise House will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you, provided your location is serviceable by our logistics partner.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to us. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable courier charges up to โน100 upon submission of a courier receipt.
- Products must be securely packed in their original packaging before handover to the courier.
Refund / Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved returns will be resolved via replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or a full refund.
- If the exact product is unavailable for replacement, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Golden Rise House does not offer Cash on Delivery (No COD).
Partial Order Returns
If you have ordered multiple items and only some are damaged or incorrect, you may raise a return request for those specific items only. The remaining items will not be eligible for return under this claim.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may escalate unresolved issues to our Grievance Officer.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
