- Requests without valid reason (damage or wrong item) will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Cases

- Size, color, or design preference issues
- Used or washed products
- Products without original packaging
Refund / Replacement
- If approved, you will receive either a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to original payment method or bank transfer (for COD).
