Mandatory 360ยฐ Parcel Opening Video
- A clear and uninterrupted 360-degree parcel opening video is required.
- The video must begin before opening the package.
- The shipping label and product condition must be clearly visible.
- Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Claim Process
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

- Our team will review and respond within 2โ3 business days.
Approval & Resolution
If approved after verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and subject to review.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selection by customer.
- Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences.
- Claims submitted without required video proof.
