Important Note

  • Unboxing video is recommended for faster claim processing but is not mandatory.
  • Requests without valid reason (damage or wrong item) will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Size, color, or design preference issues
  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original packaging

Refund / Replacement

  • If approved, you will receive either a replacement or a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method or bank transfer (for COD).
